As the PAX were exiting their vehicle, there was an extra person this morning, and sure enough we had an FNG coming to enjoy this glorious morning with us. So YHC decided to be gracious and take it “easy” on this young man. As I informed the PAX what our workout would look like, they thought I was serious about taking it easy until they were informed of the burpees that went along with the rest of the workout.

YHC almost forgot what day it was, so I almost didn’t come up with a plan, but we were lucky, and I came up with something. It was a small crowd today as two of our guys were still in holiday mode, but should return later in the week. Either way, there was still work to be done.

The Thang: Lt. Dan broad jump burpee across the field then mosey back. Walking toy soldier, walk out commando, broad jump burpee across the field then mosey back. Motivator to 6, then repeat Lt. Dan round and toy soldier round. Burpee cross the field to motivator. 1:1 ratio, trying to get to 8:8. Omaha called for Mary. Box cutters, Freddy Mercury, mtn climbers and some stretching to wrap it up.
