Tumultuous Thursdays

The PAX: (the TriPAXta) Buckner, Boots, & Pew

Conditions: 63 degrees w/slight pond breeze. It was noted that long pajamas will soon be needed.

YHC attempted a vol.2 due to the need to fire off some steam due to the recent beatings received by the Stros…at home, no less!  Buckner rolled with class as his mumblechatter only pertained to the wienke and not to the foul sox from the night before.

Locomotive and Hostile Sprays

2 PAX attacked the rumor of hurricane conditions in The Atlantis Gloom.  Sluffing off the cold stares of static jesters, YHC reeled in the PAX coming in hot.  An exchange of gloom greetings was in order, posted the shovel flag, who had succumbed to the fart sack at the last outing, and center field was taken.

Condition: 68 deg F w/a breeze off the pond

The Thang:

Mosey to the center of the park (still sluffing off the glares of the jesters)

Mosey back to the base of the first of many stairs.  PAX leaped over a locomotive that had inadvertently transgressed the path of THE ATLANTIS.

The PAX where ambushed by hostile sprays erupting from the ground.  Reminded YHC of when God watered the earth with a mist from the ground (Gen 2:6) so, the PAX considered it grace and accepted it as such.

The book of James tells us to confess our faults to one another to be healed. Confession is not for the purpose of shaming, but to bring our unloveable parts into the light to be loved. This requires two things – 1) that we are open and honest in our confessions and 2) that we are trustworthy enough to receive the confession of others.

Atlantis Launch

For the first six weeks, we had other cities coming to help launch F3 Mobile. This week, we were on our own for the first time. Almost all of the Pax were out of town for either work or vacation, and then there two. It was not bad though, it was good practice for YHC VQ. So there we were ready for a beatdown, so we proceeded on.

Warmup:

Mosey to the backside of softball fields. All IC with SSH, Weed Pickers, Merkins, and Squats.

Thang:

Mosey to the soccer field for a 4 corners.

  • Corner 1- 5 Burpees then Burpee Frog to next corner
  • Corner 2- 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins then Bear Crawl to next corner
  • Corner 3- Burpees, Mekins, and 20 LBC then walking lunge to next corner
  • Corner 4- Burpees, Merkins, LBC, and 40 Squats

Mosey to benches between soccer and football fields.

  • Round 1- On the bench, Dip x20, Derkins x20, Step up on the bench each leg x10.
  • Round 2- Second verse same as the first.
  • Round 3- Elvis called Boots, so mosey to take his call. YHC plank waiting for Boots.

Mosey back to the flag to finish up.
